Dynamics of Large-Scale Solar-Wind Streams Obtained by the Double Superposed Epoch Analysis: 5. Influence of the Solar Activity Decrease

In solar cycles 23-24, activity noticeably decreased, and, as a result, wind parameters decreased. Based on the measurements of OMNI base for period 1976-2019, time profiles main and magnetospheric indices interplanetary drivers disturbances (solar types CIR, Sheath, ejecta MC) are studied using double superposed epoch method. The task research is to compare high at 21-22 low 23-24 cycles. following results were obtained. (1) analysis did not show statistically significant change in driver durations during minimum. (2) all SW have same shape activity, but locate lower values parameters. (3) CIR events, longitude angle flow has characteristic S-shape, it varies larger range than previous epoch.
